It performs micro surgery for infertility, uro - onco surgery, all types of pediatric urology operations, advance laparoscopic urological surgeries. This deptt. has most of the radiological facilities . It has Lithotripsy Philips Gold Machine, which is one among very few in India with the cheapest rate. Another machine is medical measurement urodynamic machine for electro physiological study of bladder and urethra, which we can say is an equivalent to E C G for urologists and is the only one of its kind in Gujarat.
Uro M R F i.e. Multi Radio Imaging facility unit records events during surgery as it is attached with laser camera for permanent record. It manipulates machine without manipulating patients.
